Honestly, since my last post, there have been even more amazing books that are publishing in July brought to my attention so these posts might never end. Which is totally OK by me…
Anyway, here’s part two of my recommendations – see anything here you’re desperate to read?
If you’re searching for a dreamy romantic escape, look no further than Izzy Broome’s latest, Hello, Again. This story follows Pepper on a trip around Europe where she meets the devilishly handsome Finn and – you’ll have to read it to find out the rest. It’s a swoonfest, for sure.
Take a Hint, Dani Brown is the second book in the Brown sisters series (although you don’t have to have read the first to enjoy this one) from romcom superstar Talia Hibbert. It’s fun and feisty and relatable and I could not recommend it more. Also, is that not the coolest cover?
I haven’t read Sophie Heawood’s The Hungover Games yet but I cannot wait to get my mitts on it. A memoir that starts with single Sophie living the party girl life in Los Angeles, or at least she is until she discovers she is unexpectedly pregnant. So many people have said so many wonderful things about this book, I’m dying to read it. Sophie’s article in the Guardian a couple of weeks ago moved me to tears, from laughter and actual feelings, so this should be a corker.
Emily Henry’s Beach Read is already out on ebook in the UK and basically, everyone ever has raved about it, so I’ve got to find out for myself, haven’t I? It was a New York Times bestseller here in the US so I’m sure it’s going to be absolutely huge. Also, it has been described as ‘hot’ and a ‘romp’ – two descriptors I am powerless against…
